Giannis
Giannis developed an interest in music from a very young age and has since explored various instruments.
From 2004 to 2015, he primarily focused on drums, performing with bands in the rock scene of Athens, Greece. In 2015, he moved to the Netherlands and began studying jazz music at the HKU Utrecht Conservatory.
Over the past six years, he has been dedicated to studying Greek music, the bouzouki and the Rebetiko genre, as well as vocal performance and composition. During those years, has collaborated with many local and international artists.
At the moment he is performing original music with the group Rebetiko Against The Machine, across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Greece.
What inspired you to become part of De Molen ArtHouse?
