Whether for personal practice, rehearsals, recordings, or intimate performances, the room provides a warm atmosphere and excellent acoustics. At the heart of the space is a Yamaha G2 Grand Piano with a rich, expressive tone—ready to support your music.

  • The minimum time is 3 hours.

  • €14 per hour + VAT

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment in advance.

  • No. Unfortunately, no refunds and no rescheduling are possible for any reason.

  • The booking is still charged for the full reserved time.

  • Yes. The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the studio, piano during their stay or equipment missing after they are gone.

  • Please leave the studio exactly as you found it:

    • tidy and clean

    • no trash left behind

    • furniture in the original position

  • Yes:

    • no food or drinks on/near the piano

    • treat all equipment with care

    • no use of any equipment inside the piano (prepared piano)

  • Yes. CCTV is active on the premises for safety and security.

  • • No smoking / vaping

    • No candles / open flames

    • Please respect neighbours and keep noise low in shared areas and outside spaces
